• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

• We strive to display product colors, designs, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
• Product measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
• Product availability is subject to stock availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• SANMAL reserves the right to change prices, offers, and promotions without prior notice.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders.

4. Order Confirmation

• An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
• SANMAL reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational reasons.
• Customers will be notified and refunded if an order is cancelled after payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, elections, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Prepaid orders are generally prioritized for dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• Additional delivery attempts are subject to courier partner policies.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Products may be eligible for exchange within the specified exchange period from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

7. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or UPI account shared by the customer.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error is from SANMAL.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per the refund policy.

9. COD (Cash on Delivery)

• COD service is available in selected locations.
• SANMAL reserves the right to restrict COD service for specific pincodes, customers, or addresses based on delivery history.
• Repeated order refusals or Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases may result in COD restrictions on future orders.
