At SanMal, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and fair return or exchange process—with your satisfaction at the heart of it.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate the return or exchange of your order, simply call or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97001 30828, or email us at sanmaldotin@gmail.com

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept return and exchange if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Tags and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Worn, washed, or damaged items
Items without original tags/packaging
Innerwear, accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and quality-checked, Refunds are processed to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for: Size mismatches, Defective or damaged items (upon receiving proof within 48 hours of delivery)

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If not available, a refund will be offered.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to decline a return if it doesn’t meet our quality check standards.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated only after receiving and inspecting the product.
